Corn salad with tuna and avocado
Ingredients
1 small piece of green pepper
10 cherry tomatoes
1/2 avocado
2 small cans of tuna
1 small can of sweet corn
1 handful of black olives
extra virgin olive oil
Apple cider vinegar
Salt
Processing
Open and drain the tuna and corn from their respective cans.
On a board, chop the green pepper and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Also cut the avocado into cubes.
Place the tuna, corn, pepper and sliced cherry tomatoes and olives in a salad bowl. Mix the ingredients.
Add the avocado pieces and coat the salad with olive oil, vinegar and a little salt. Stir gently and serve.
