- 2 cups of grated coconut (200 grams)
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ cup sugar (100 grams)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 spoons of corn starch
To make the baked cockades recipe, first heat the whole milk, coconut milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a saucepan, bring to a boil for about 3 minutes. Then remove from heat and reserve.
