- 2 cucumbers
- 2 carrots
- 2 chicken breasts

The first thing we need to do to prepare the chicken and apple salad with mayonnaise is to cook the chicken breasts in a pan until they turn golden brown. Once they are cooked, drain them, cut them into chicken tacos and reserve them for later.
Meanwhile, wash the lettuce leaves well and break them up a little with your hands. Place them on the plate where we will place the chicken and apple salad as a base.
Separately, we peel and cut the carrots and cucumbers into cubes.
