HOW TO MAKE THE BEST SANDWICH FILLING?
One of the viral videos circulating on Instagram is from the user @moimolinafood and it explains how to prepare a filling for a sandwich, which in many cases can get you out of trouble.
Step by step:
Mash an avocado in a bowl.
Add a tablespoon or two of cream cheese, depending on the amount of avocado.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon.
Add the diced chicken and a chopped hard-boiled egg
Mix it all up, slice the bread (your choice), stuff it and that’s it.
You can add additional ingredients to this preparation such as parsley or change the cream cheese for mayonnaise and the chicken for tuna.

To make another sandwich filling you will need: 1 can of tuna, 1 avocado, natural yogurt or cream cheese, 2 hard-boiled eggs, juice of ½ lemon, cilantro or parsley, salt and pepper and bread of your choice .
In a container, crush ½ avocado, add 2 spoons of cream cheese, add lemon juice, salt, pepper and other spices to taste. Integrate everything. Then, add the can of tuna and the beaten egg to the preparation.
Cover two slices of bread, fill with the preparation, spread the cilantro on top (or add to the preparation) and that’s it.
