The ingredients you need are:
- 2 spoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- ½ piece of red onion
- 1 serrano chili
- 6 pieces of corn
- c/s salt
- c/s epazote
- 5 cups chicken broth
- with panela cheese
- with cream
Follow these simple steps:
Place the butter in a saucepan with a splash of oil and once very hot add the onion and chilli.
Once they are seasoned, add the previously cut corn and salt to taste.
Add the epazote and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in the chicken stock, cover and bring to a simmer over low heat.
Serve the soup on your favorite plates and garnish with cheese and cream.
